Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

 
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date your order was delivered, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange for any non-quality-related reasons, in line with international consumer protection rules for personal care products.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, with its original factory seal fully intact, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also remain in its original, undamaged retail packaging.
 

Non-Returnable Items

 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for health, hygiene and regulatory reasons:
 
  • Any opened, used, or seal-broken skincare and personal care products (including but not limited to creams, serums, cleansers, toners, face masks, and cleansing pads), due to strict health and safety regulations for cosmetic products
  • Disposable skincare items, single-use sachets, and sample-sized products
  • Intimate or sanitary personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or alcohol-containing cosmetic products that have been opened
  • Customized or personalized products (including engraved packaging, custom-formulated items, and made-to-order products)
 
Additional non-returnable items:
 
  • Gift cards and electronic gift vouchers
  • Downloadable digital products (including skincare guides, e-books, and digital tutorial content)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
 
To complete your return, we require a copy of your order confirmation, order number, or other valid proof of purchase.
 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorization. All returns must first be approved by our customer service team, with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued before shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or accepted.
 

Partial Refunds

 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
 
  • Any item that shows obvious signs of use, seal breakage, or tampering, for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item not in its original, unopened condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our shipping or production error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any item returned without a valid RMA number and pre-approval from our team
 

Refunds

 
Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days of receipt.
 
If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The exact processing time depends on your payment provider’s settlement schedule.
 

Late or Missing Refunds

 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or payment wallet again.
 
Then contact your credit card company, as it often takes 2-10 business days for a refund to be officially posted to your account after approval.
 
Next contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted to your account, especially for cross-border transactions.

Sale Items

 
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale, promotional, clearance and final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless verified to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
 

Exchanges

 
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or if we have sent the wrong item/incorrect variant. If you need to exchange an eligible item for the same product, send us an email at info@baikbrand.com with your order number and photos of the defective/incorrect item, and our team will issue an RMA number and return instructions for you.
 
If the requested item is out of stock at the time of processing, we will offer you a full refund for the defective item, or an exchange for an equivalent-value product of your choice.
 

Gifts

 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your approved return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the original gift giver/purchaser, and they will be notified of the return.
 

Shipping Returns

 
To return your approved product, you must mail your item to: 1500 N GRANT ST # 10017 DENVER CO 80203 US, with your issued RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for non-quality-related reasons. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
 
For returns due to our error (defective products, shipping damage, incorrect orders), we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for your return, and cover all associated shipping costs.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For international returns, delivery times typically range from 7-21 business days.
 
If you are returning items with a value over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your unauthorized or untracked returned item, and we are not liable for lost or damaged items in return transit for non-our-fault cases.
